Lindesy Willams is the author of a book title Energy Non-Crisis. In the speech made at a Q2 conference Lindsey speaks of the time he spent as a chaplain near the arctic working with nearly 25,000 men who where building the biggest pipeline project the world had ever seen at the time. He goes into great detail of insider knowledge of a wealth of oil that the U.S. is choosing to ignore and “classify” to instead persue oil from other countries. Why choose bondage over freedom? Saturday, January 8th, 2011a chip on my shoulder and in my pocket…
Wednesday, January 5th, 2011You may have noticed in the last little while that your debit cards and credit cards have been resent to you with a new chip technology in them. This new technology is called RFID which stands for radio frequency identification. The technology is supposed to make cards more secure and quicker to read. Consider the following video.
the internet and problem, reaction, solution
Sunday, August 15th, 2010I saw this post not too long ago on another site I frequent.
False Flag Cyber Attack Could Takedown The Internet
In short the post discusses the governments growing concern over the internet and security issues found within. There are claims that the internet has left North America vulnerable to cyber terroism that could mess with our power/electrical systems, trains, water systems and other key infrastructure. However while many of these systems are networked they are not directly connected to the public internet. The bigger and unmentioned concern here is alternative news/opinion sites like mine and many others that are bringing peoples attention to the offside behaviour of those running the show. I will leave it to you to read the link above and watch the videos there-in so I can move onto my main point, problem, reaction solution.
A short summary of problem, reaction, solution is found in the below video…
Now that video uses clips of 9/11 through out to make its point which to me holds together with this topic of the internet and the post I provided from the Web of Evidence site when this quote is pulled from it;
Lessig told attendees of a high profile Tech conference that “There’s going to be an i-9/11 event” which will act as a catalyst for a radical reworking of the law pertaining to the internet.
What needs to be understood about the internet more than anyting is the freedom it provides. A person like myself is allowed to speak my mind, share my faith and call attention to sketchy behaviour where I see it. There are tons of sites that talk about government, politics, war, money and business offering solid information that contradicts the mainstream news media which is owned and opperated by the very rich and often same people that are in government and big business and exercise change in public policy that want our opinions controlled. They are not interested in allowing a forum of free speech as large as the internet to stand. So here enters problem, reaction, solution.
Problem - The internet is not secure and provides too many dangerous opportunities for people to exploit.
Reaction - Scare the public to get the “something must be done” reaction.
Solution - Offer a solution which is the very thing that is desired but would be resisted without scaring the public.
The thing to take away from all of this is that as of right now people have a large means of free speech on the internet. Is there some things that should change about the internet? Of course there are. But the kind of changes discussed in the article provided will squash what is probably the last large public forum of free speech in the world. Many sites like mine would be lost in the shuffle. As a quick fact in many places in the U.S. you need a permit to protest or picket and if what you are wanting to protest is considered too contraversial or disturbing to the peace you are denied permission. Only time will tell what is going to happen.
When the people fear their government, there is tyranny; when the government fears the people, there is liberty. Thomas Jefferson
Start to pay attention to the news and listen to what is talked about today and then what happens in the months to come. You can start to see the theory of problem-reaction-solution play itself out.
one of the most frightening things i’ve read in a while
Monday, October 5th, 2009Last week this story was sent to me by a co-worker. The snap shot synopsis is that Massachusetts has passed a law forcing is residents to get the swine flu/h1n1 vaccination. I think that is a very bad step in an incredibly dangerous direction from a human rights standpoint. Sure, on the outside the reasons seem good in nature but lately I have become a bit of a skeptic on the needles and vaccines front. Personally I haven’t had a flu shot for 5 winter running and I am yet to have the flu once in that time. Many people around me that have gotten the shot have battled some of the toughest sicknesses I’ve seen.
There is a lot of contreversy surrounding all the vaccines that we are told we need. Check out the links below:

blue skies over bad lands
Tuesday, September 29th, 2009As promised, and entirely to late in arriving, here is my dissection of blue skies over bad lands… a great song by Matthew Good.
The song sets the stage in the middle of the night and a person unexplainably awakes from their sleep and wanders outside without shoes.
What if you woke up in the middle of the night
And in your bare feet you walked outside
I think here the song takes a turn from someone being awake to someone thinking their awake but really find themselves in a vivid dream in which they can fly anywhere.
And realizing that you were awake that you could fly
Out over the world
This person then finds them self in a place they do not know but have only heard of, maybe in school, but presumably on the TV. I interpret the person in this song is somewhere in the middle east and is seeing people that the news has “sold” as evil people and terrorists, or in his words, murderers. Matt is pointing out that we really don’t know the people on the other side of the planet. We only know what the government, TV or the newspapers tell us.
To places that you’ve only heard of
See faces that you were sold as murderers
He suggests that they are people just like us. They are struggling with life and emotionally lonely like most people everywhere.
But just like you they’re only lonely boys and girls
Like all over the world
The question is asked, what if we could do something to change the situation. What if we could take some accountability for our role in the world and do something that would make times not so rough for other people that struggle too.
What if you could lift them up?
What if you could make it so that times weren’t tough?
The result of personal accountability would leave nothing but the weather to be reported on the news everyday.
So every morning when the world woke up
There’d only be weather on the news
Then something interesting happens. Matt reverses the situation with us back at home and our perceived enemies flying around above us. A lot of people don’t realize that people in the middle east live in the same situation as we do… fed lies to keep us scared and fighting with each other.
And what if you were back in bed
With one of them floating over your head
The next statement, I think, is the most powerful in the song. So many of us hate people we don’t even know. Really, what would you say to someone you “hate” when you don’t really know what kind of relationship could have existed had our minds not been poisoned.
What do you say to your enemies
When you don’t know what it is that could have been between you?
Then in concluding Matt says the following statement which conveys that there is nothing good going on anywhere. Even when it seems like a pleasant day there is still this ugliness in the air. It may be unseen but it is there.
There ain’t no blue skies over bad lands
Even if it ain’t raining in the mornings
Lastly, a very modest statement. We don’t have to have dreams and fly anywhere to get whats going on. We just need to have understanding of each other and compassion, not being swept up in the media hype.
But you don’t need to fly to understand it
Just understand understanding
The image I created focuses on the aspect of being sold lies and I chose to pick on Capitol Hill. I think most of the information that is brought to us from that building is very self serving and skewed. The blue dark sky is dreamy and ominous in nature. I inverted the image with the intent of communicating that a lot of news is confusing and in reality upside down in nature. This also puts the blue sky under everything… making no blue skies over bad lands.
Please view this post if you want to hear the song, it is the second video in the post.
